I had a very poor experience with Digital Devices. I don’t believe their business practices are legitimate, as they were evasive when I raised concerns. Their refusal to address key issues makes them come across as untrustworthy and shady. I strongly advise against doing business with them.

Their presales advise is excellent that too free of cost. Was told to order online on chat. I was suprised to receive the items next day, altough I was only charged for 3-4 days delivery.Very good experience overall and will be using them again 🙂

Absolutely awful!

Ordered about 200K usd worth of equipment in December 2014 on a six to eight week lead time, and it is STILL not delivered in full (April 13th 2015). They sent equipment already over a month late with standard shipping, adding another week to the delay, claiming they did not have a DHL account and had to use TNT, while their web page both lists DHL as one of their carriers, AND promises next day international deliveries.

Arrogant and incompetent staff. Avoid at all cost!

I am working with Digital Devices for over 3 years and My Sales Agent : David is very co-operative . I always get prices on time and if i ask them to give me more competitive prices they are able to find me a better deal. Website search could be better , otherwise good compay to work with.

What can I say, Incompetent to say the least, Ordered a HP Z440 Cad workstation only to be told they couldn't supply it, Then said they could get me another model and supply the SSD drive for the same price as the original. Thing is they supplied a cheap £70 SSD rather than the £300 HP SSD drive as requested, Then had the audacity to ask for another £165 to swap the drive. Ended up paying £1344 for a PC i could have got for less than £1000 elsewhere.

Avoid at all costs, Definitely would not recommend.

worst company in the world, had a very poor experience ordering with them a few months ago and they keep calling asking is to order more. They're very rude and I keep asking for them to take our name off their list which they apparently don't adhere to. don't order from them, they are clearly desperate for more customers as they are so eager to harass people. Hopefully they won't hang in business much longer
